4 capsules per day, in a single dose, in the middle of breakfast. Swallow with a large glass of water.

Restrictions
Contains caffeine (approximately 30 mg for 4 capsules). Not recommended for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume outside of meals (on an empty stomach). The daily consumption of (-)-3-epigallocatechin gallate should not be greater than or equal to 800 mg. Should not be consumed if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
